These Terms and Conditions ("Brand Terms") govern your registration, access, and use of the Total Sports platform as a Brand Partner. By registering as a Brand, you agree to be bound by these terms.

| Sponsorship | Financial or in-kind support provided by Brand to Athlete in exchange for promotional services |
| Escrow | Secure holding of funds until agreed milestones are completed |
| Platform Fee | Commission charged by Total Sports on successful transactions |
| Content | All text, images, videos, and materials uploaded to the Platform |
To register as a Brand on Total Sports, you must:

As a Brand on Total Sports, you agree to:

| No Discrimination | Not discriminate based on gender, caste, religion, disability, or region |
| Compliance | Comply with all applicable laws, including GST, TDS, and CSR regulations |
| Content Accuracy | Ensure all content you upload is accurate and not misleading |
| Brand Safety | Not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities |

You agree NOT to:

| Data Scraping | Scrape or harvest data from the Platform |
| Competing Platform | Promote a competing platform |
| Malicious Code | Upload viruses or malicious code |

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Sports, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any law
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your sponsorship agreements with athletes
