"Platform": Total Sports website and services
"Athlete": Sports persons, players, teams, or events seeking sponsorship
"Brand": Companies, organizations, or individuals seeking sponsorship opportunities
"Sponsorship": Financial or in-kind support in exchange for promotional services
1.3 User Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older
Athletes must provide accurate sports credentials
Brands must be legally registered entities
Indian residents subject to Indian laws
1.4 Account Registration
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain account security
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
One account per individual/entity
1.5 Sponsorship Agreements
Platform facilitates connections but is not party to sponsorship agreements
All terms, deliverables, and payments are between Athlete and Brand
Platform recommends written agreements for all sponsorships
Users are responsible for contract compliance
1.6 Payment Terms
Platform may charge service fees (disclosed during transaction)
Payments processed through Razorpay/Payment Gateway
All amounts in Indian Rupees (INR)
Taxes (GST) as applicable by Indian law
1.7 Content Guidelines
Users agree not to post:
False or misleading information
Content infringing others' intellectual property
Defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
Confidential information without authorization
1.8 Intellectual Property
Athletes grant Brands limited license to use their likeness as per sponsorship terms
Brands retain ownership of their marketing materials
Platform owns all website content and technology
1.9 Platform Role
We are an intermediary platform under Indian IT Act, 2000
Not responsible for user conduct or sponsorship disputes
Reserve right to suspend accounts violating terms
1.10 Limitation of Liability
Platform not liable for:
Sponsorship agreement breaches
Financial losses from failed sponsorships
User misconduct or misrepresentation
Technical issues beyond our control
1.11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Terms violation
Illegal activities
Fraudulent behavior
Non-payment of fees
1.12 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian laws.
